For some considerable time parishioners living in close proximity to both the Memorial Hall and Pavilion car parks have been suffering from continued noise, unsociable behaviour etc. occurring in the car parks particularly during the evening and into the early hours of the morning.
The Parish Council have been very conscious of this problem and the only possible way of trying to combat the problem would be to install lockable gates/barriers at both entrances.
Before any action is taken the Council wish to ask nearby residents for their views on this proposal and to enquire as to whether they would be prepared to volunteer to join a rota to lock the gates or barriers at night and unlock them in the morning.
The Parish Council would appreciate hearing from anyone who wishes to comment and put forward their views, or would be prepared to be a volunteer, by contacting the Clerk on 01525 220859 or by e-mail: parish.council.clerk@edlesborough.gov.uk
